A connected future
for Luzon.
The Luzon Economic Corridor is a trilateral United States–Japan- Philippines partnership to connect major economic hubs and unlock the next generation of infrastructure-led growth.
A corridor built around opportunity, not just geography.
Announced on April 11, 2024, the Luzon Economic Corridor is the first G7 Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment economic corridor in the Indo-Pacific. It focuses on the spine of Luzon that links Subic Bay, Clark, Manila, and Batangas.
The initiative brings together public institutions, development partners, and private capital around practical projects: modern transport, resilient energy, advanced manufacturing, food systems, and digital infrastructure. Its ambition is to make movement more efficient, investment more predictable, and growth more inclusive.

Our Shared Vision
