The Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ), administered by the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), is a globally connected business hub at the Clark node of the Luzon Economic Corridor. Today, CDC serves as the steward of one of the Philippines’ premier investment and business destinations. Flagship Project
A flagship initiative is the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center, an approximately ₱8-billion health complex envisioned to house pediatric, renal and kidney-transplant, heart, and cancer specialty centers. Its first phase, the seven-storey, 120-bed Children’s Medical Center, expands access to specialized pediatric care in Central Luzon and strengthens workforce and community resilience across the corridor.
